THE LAYOUT

First, we will set up an introduction call. We will connect and discuss your background and goals to determine if we are a good potential fit.

Second, we will set up an introduction session and dive deeper into your needs and evaluate your practice.

Last, we will craft a plan to work together consistently with yoga sessions that are customized to your lifestyle & goals. It is encouraged that clients meet at least one time a week and welcome up to five times a week.

I ask for at least a one month commitment. In order for you to successfully reach your goals, having a committed practice is essential for obtaining results.
